Bulevar Penthouse is a welcoming 90 m² top-floor apartment, recently renovated, located in the heart of Macael (Almería), offering mountain and river views. Situated on the third floor, it features a private outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings in peace. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. There is a full bathroom with shower, a living-dining room, and a private kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, capsule coffee machine, dishes, and kitchen utensils. As a welcome treat, you will find complimentary coffee capsules and teas. The kitchen also includes kitchen paper and a corkscrew. Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning (in the hallway), heating, washing machine, iron, and ironing board are provided. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as essential toiletries and a hairdryer.
